I have played millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of money at chemin de fer. The gambling dens have made it almost impossible to beat the casino.
I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or defeat the house, however you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy 21. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this method! And a number of weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the streaks you witness gamble this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.

Wager 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager
Bet $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40
Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $80 bet
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160
Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first one hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
