I have gambled on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent a lot of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it almost impossible to beat the house.
I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have bet on a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, however you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original value.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable at times. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a few years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a few weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the streaks you see wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar game.
Bet $5
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager
Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet
Wager 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Bet 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Wager 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original 160 dollar wager
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
