I have wagered on millions of hands of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have bet on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of cash at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or defeat the casino, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is built on the fact that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very exciting on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years ago with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a few months ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.

Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first $5 wager
Wager $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Bet 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager
Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first $40 bet
Bet 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of $80
Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar bet
Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the original 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
