I have gambled on countless of rounds of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have gambled on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of cash at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it basically impossible to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years back with $750 after 60 mins using this method! And a number of months ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet 5 dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar wager
Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Bet $20
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original $20 bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first $40 bet
Wager $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of $80
Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar wager
Wager 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 1 hundred and 60 dollar bet
If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
